Chicken Stew "Spanish style"

One of my favorite meals ever is "Pollo Guisao"

Ingredients: 
One table spoon of adobo, garlic powder, onion bits dried,oragano, itliain season,one pack of sazon , one pack of ham flavored< one cube of chicken bouillon.one large table spoon of recaito and one of sofito , 1/2 cup olive oil, four pounds of ckicken ,On or off the bones.one can of tomoto sauce
Preparation: 

Clean chicken season with adobo , garlic powder , onion bits, oregano, Italian seasoning, sason , ham flavoring a large heavy stainless steal pot , place 1//2 cup of olive oil , heat well. put ham cube in oil stir well, place all chicken in oil , cook until out side is completely golden brown , add sofito , recaito , tomato sauce and five cups of water .. "there should be enough water to just cover chicken." Cook on hi flame for 45 min. and lower flame to med-low for 30 mins. then on low flame for 30 mins. enjoy!
