Curry-Leaf Popcorn


Using the true versatility of the flavour of the curry leaf, I was inspired to create a dry  seasoning for  popcorn!

Ingredients: 
I batch perfectly popped corn
1 cup curry leaves, roasted and crumbled
½ cup sun-dried tomato flakes
3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
½ tsp garlic or onion salt
1 tsp chili flakes
Preparation: 

Combine everything except the popcorn. Mix well and pour over still-warm popcorn, toss well and do a Rajnikant sunglasses thing!  Enjoy!
