Grape and Green Chilli Chaat

Purple grapes bursting with sweet juice, play peek-a-boo with aromatic coriander and are a treat for the senses when paired with soft salty cheeses like Feta.

Ingredients: 
250 g large California grapes halved and seeded
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup fresh coriander or mint (finely chopped)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey

1-2 fresh spicy green chillies (finely chopped)
A pinch of rock salt or sea salt
Preparation: 

Place everything in a bowl, mix well and chill until ready to use.  Serve on a cheese platter as a variation to whole grapes.
