FAT; An Appreciation of a Misunderstood Ingredient

We are very proud of our own Lady Fat, correspondent Jennifer McLagan, for her quick-to-fame cookbook, Fat; An Appreciation of a Misunderstood Ingredient.  Fat has been very well received and has won the Silver Sprout Award, and both the IACP and James Beard Awards for Best Single Subject Cookbook. It was also named Cookbook of the Year 2009 by the Beard Foundation and is short listed for Cuisine Canada awards.

McLagan is  also the author of another single-subject cookbook, Bones.
